Tantra is not what you think.
It is what you feel, when you finally stop rushing.
My name is Raul. For nearly a decade I have worked with women at the intersection of therapeutic massage, tantric energy work, and somatic healing, helping them return to their bodies, release what they have been carrying, and remember what it feels like to feel good.
This work found me before I fully understood it. What began as self-directed study slowly became a calling, deepened through years of practice and formalized under the guidance of Padma Deva in London, one of the West's most respected voices in sacred bodywork.
I work exclusively with women. This is intentional. The female body holds a particular kind of wisdom and a particular kind of wounding. It deserves a space that is fully devoted to it.

The Foundation
Tantra is an ancient spiritual path that honors the sacredness of all experience. Rather than separating spirit from body, tantra teaches that your physical life is not an obstacle to awakening — it is the doorway.
Modern tantra blends these ancient principles with contemporary understanding of psychology, relationships, and well-being. You don't need a specific belief system, experience, or a partner to begin. Tantra meets you exactly where you are.
The doorway to awakening is the present moment. Tantra trains your awareness to inhabit each experience fully, rather than rushing past it.
When we connect deeply — with ourselves, each other, and life — the divine is revealed. Tantra teaches that relationship is a sacred practice.
All that you seek is already within you. Tantric practices awaken and harmonize your life force, moving you from depletion to vitality.
What to Expect
Every journey is unique. People come to tantra for many different reasons — and many find more than they expected.
Learn to slow down and become fully present in your body and your experiences — not just during practice, but throughout daily life.
Develop stronger, more authentic connections with yourself and others. Open the heart and move beyond habitual emotional barriers.
Tantric practices can help you feel more alive, grounded, and energized — shifting the nervous system from stress toward ease.
Explore patterns, beliefs, and emotions with curiosity instead of judgment. Meet yourself with compassion rather than criticism.
Many report a deepened sense of awareness beyond the thinking mind — moments of stillness, clarity, and profound inner peace.
For individuals and couples alike, tantra supports trust, communication, and the ability to receive and give love more freely.
A Special Invitation
Women carry a unique relationship with their bodies, pleasure, and power. Tantric practices offer a specific invitation to reclaim what may have been forgotten, suppressed, or never discovered.
The goal isn't to become someone new — it's to connect more deeply with who you already are.
Core Teaching of Tantra
Safe Space Promise
All sessions and offerings are held in a container of deep respect, consent, and professional ethics. You set the pace. Your boundaries are always honored. This is a space free of judgment, pressure, or performance.
Energy Anatomy
Tantra works with the subtle energy body — a system of energy centers called chakras that correspond to different dimensions of our being. When these centers are balanced and flowing, we experience health, clarity, and aliveness.
Setting the Record Straight
Tantra is one of the most misunderstood traditions in the West. Let's clear the air.
✗ Not This
"Tantra is mostly about sex."
✓ The Truth
Tantra is a complete spiritual path. While it doesn't reject sexuality as shameful, the vast majority of tantra is breathwork, meditation, energy cultivation, and presence.
✗ Not This
"You need a partner to practice."
✓ The Truth
Solo practice is often where the deepest transformation happens. You begin with yourself — learning your own energy, patterns, and presence.
✗ Not This
"It's performance-based or goal-oriented."
✓ The Truth
Tantra is the opposite — it is about releasing the need to perform or achieve. You practice less-rushing, more feeling.
✗ Not This
"You must follow a specific religion."
✓ The Truth
Tantra transcends dogma. Its roots are in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, but its principles apply universally to any sincere seeker.

Common Questions
All offerings are held within a clear container of consent, respect, and professional ethics. Before any session, we discuss your intentions, boundaries, and comfort levels. You are always in control of your experience and can pause or stop at any time.
No prior experience is necessary. Tantra meets you exactly where you are. Whether you've never meditated or have years of practice, the work adapts to your starting point.
Absolutely — and many practitioners find solo work the most transformative. Learning your own energy, patterns, and presence is the foundation of all tantric work, whether or not a partner is involved.
Tantra is not therapy, though it may be deeply therapeutic. It is not yoga, though breath and body awareness are central. It is a spiritual and somatic practice focused on awakening presence, energy, and connection — drawing on ancient wisdom adapted for contemporary life.
Sessions range from free (consultation) to $30 for a 30-minute online guided meditation, $80 for a 1-hour in-person talk and meditation, $100 for a 1-hour tantric massage, $150 for a 90-minute tantric massage, and $250 and up for advanced sessions of 2 hours or more. A free 20 to 30 minute consultation is always the first step.
The Practitioner
I didn't arrive at this work through a textbook. I arrived through curiosity, through my own searching, and eventually through the women who trusted me enough to show me what healing in the body actually looks like.
For the first years, I was self-taught. Reading, practicing, studying the ancient tantric traditions and slowly learning to listen to what the body communicates when it is given real permission to speak. That foundation was instinctive and deeply personal. But there came a point where instinct needed structure.
That structure came through Padma Deva, a teacher based in London whose work in sacred bodywork and tantric healing has shaped practitioners across Europe and beyond. Studying under Padma Deva gave me not just technique but a lineage, a way of understanding this work as part of something much older than either of us, rooted in traditions that have honored the body as sacred for thousands of years.
Today, after nearly a decade of dedicated practice, I work exclusively with women in Lansing, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, and across Michigan.
Women carry their experiences in their bodies in specific, layered ways. Stress, trauma, disconnection, the accumulated weight of being everything to everyone — it lives in the tissue, in the breath, in the places we have learned not to feel. Tantric massage creates a container where that weight can begin to release. Not through force or analysis, but through presence, breath, skilled touch, and the simple radical act of being fully received.
My approach is grounded in therapeutic bodywork and informed by tantric principles. The body is not a problem to be fixed. It is an intelligence to be listened to. Sessions are unhurried, intentional, and held within a clear framework of consent and care. There is no performance expected of you. There is nothing you need to do except arrive.
If you are a woman who feels disconnected from her body, depleted, carrying tension she cannot quite name, or simply curious about what it means to inhabit yourself more fully, I would be honored to work with you.
